How we teach international cooking
We started because most cooking courses skip the hard parts
Back in 2022, we noticed something. People wanted to cook authentic international dishes at home, but most courses glossed over technique. They showed the recipe but not the method. Not the knife angle for proper julienne. Not how dough should feel at different humidity levels.
So we built something different. We work with chefs who've spent years in kitchens across five continents. They don't just demonstrate recipes — they break down the mechanics. Why certain spices bloom in oil versus water. How to rescue a split sauce. The small adjustments that separate acceptable from excellent.

What guides our teaching approach
Real technique matters
We focus on the physical skills and timing that textbooks can't fully capture. Students practice knife work, heat control, and ingredient preparation under guidance until muscle memory forms.
Learn from working professionals
Our instructors run restaurants, manage catering operations, or work as private chefs. They teach from current experience, not just culinary school theory from years past.
Context behind every dish
Understanding why a technique exists helps you adapt it. We explain the regional origins, ingredient substitutions, and common mistakes so you can problem-solve independently in your kitchen.
Close-up demonstrations
Multiple camera angles capture hand positioning, ingredient texture changes, and subtle visual cues that signal doneness. You see exactly what the instructor sees at each stage.
Accessible from anywhere
Classes stream to any device with reliable internet. Watch at your own pace, rewind tricky sections, and cook along in real time or on your schedule.
Direct feedback system
Submit photos of your results and get personalized input. Instructors identify what went right and what needs adjustment so you improve with each attempt.
